The elephant in the room is “Anxiety “

Around 20 years ago I was on anti-depressants as a minor. I was a struggling unsaved teen mourning the losses of several people I loved dearly. I was needing a savior who I was yet to meet. I remember how numb I felt. Thats all I felt. It takes my husband to tell you what happened that week because I literally have no recollection of it. I was like a zombie. He said after a week he caught me before I took my meds. He said I was starting to talk in a dark way. The meds were making feel suicidal and irrelevant. Then he stepped in as my boyfriend at the time and protected me from being a vessel for satan’s agenda to destroy my life. Fast forward until now to the very second you pressed play and I attempted to encourage every lady to denounce anxiety. Anxiety has become so engrained in our culture and Christian living that is almost mocks the scriptures.
Scripture(s)do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
Philippians 4:6 ESV
And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:7 ESV
The Bible is clear. This week I found myself under the onslaught of the attacks of satan due to me taking a more active role to get healthy. I was consistently working out before but it was time to challenge myself to get pass the things that were holding me back. I needed to be challenged more. I need to becasting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.
1 Peter 5:7 ESV
How could I be ignoring so many scriptures that would free me?
I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
John 16:33 ESV
So here are more scriptures that will let you go free instead stay in torment. Satan has been pulling out all the stops but God is all powerful and anxiety can be denounced today if we choose to engage in good warfare against him erasing anxiety from being named amongst us as women of God.
There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with torment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love.
1 John 4:18 ESV
Here we go with more scriptural encouragement.
If I forgot to mention you will need a pen and paper to write down these scriptures as we go over them. They will be needed to be victorious.
Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in every way. The Lord be with you all.

fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Isaiah 41:10 ESV
Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved.
Psalm 55:22 ESV
Stagnant Cells
Stagnant cells are non-circulation of a cell. Stopping the motion of cell causes it to start to die. This event makes it more likely to attract more cells to it. When it is activated it then starts bumping up against other cells. If you could picture my nerdy illustration it looks like they are fighting each other. On the contrary. They are really forcing the other cells out of inactivity and into action/motion.
This is what this message is for. It is written in hopes of knocking loose those paralyzed from Stagnant/decaying cells ridden with anxiety, discouragement, worry, fear, what if’s, I can’t, and no not me mentalities. Let’s trust God to pry open our grip on the anxieties we hold dear to and the things that steal, kill, and destroy precious things in our lives. We saldly think we are thinking up these things but we are really listening to the lies of satan instead. When we do that we allow satan to convince us to protect the poison instead of lay each thing at Christ’s feet trusting His Word fully. Allowing Christ to heal us riding us of things that haunt us inside. You are not alone. Will you go free today? Will you address the elephant in the room? God is Bigger than this too! Remember to trust God Cry Repeat.
