No eating out
No negative self treatment only appreciation for being Imago Dei
No letting down of checking on someone else each week 
No falling off workouts have an alternative 
No breakfast intermittent fasting/praying
No excessive tv
No pop
No lingering discipline ( be quick, clear, and concise)
No processed sugars
No missing reading Bible or praying 
No busyness only productivity
No useless yelling take the time to communicate well.
