Reminder of who God is ! 
Church provided a great reminder of the God we serve. Plea to unsaved encouragement for the saved to stand out . God the Lord Jesus Christ is the only one true and living God. I was reminded of when Elijah was with the prophets of Baal.

Now therefore send and gather all Israel to me at Mount Carmel, and the 450 prophets of Baal and the 400 prophets of Asherah, who eat at Jezebel’s table.”1 Kings 18:19 ESVThey had been calling on their false gods tirelessly. When the prophet Elijah toyed around with them saying all the reasons that their god was not answering. Including maybe he is in the bathroom.  Then after all of the sad displays of reaching out for nothing to help them Elijah rebuilt the alter to the Lord God.And at the time of the offering of the oblation, Elijah the prophet came near and said, “O Lord , God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, let it be known this day that you are God in Israel, and that I am your servant, and that I have done all these things at your word. Answer me, O Lord , answer me, that this people may know that you, O Lord , are God, and that you have turned their hearts back.” Then the fire of the Lord fell and consumed the burnt offering and the wood and the stones and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench. And when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces and said, “The Lord , he is God; the Lord , he is God.” And Elijah said to them, “Seize the prophets of Baal; let not one of them escape.” And they seized them. And Elijah brought them down to the brook Kishon and slaughtered them there.1 Kings 18:36‭-‬40 ESVThere is nothing God can’t do let’s remember that.It made me think of a miracle that God performed in my life. I found out that I was pregnant in 2011 . We were amazed because having children never came easy for us. Everything was going well. I even calculated that I was about 10wks along. We decided to go to dinner with some of our friends, and a routine restroom visit revealed that I needed to go to the hospital immediately.  I was starting to bleed. We went through exams and ultrasounds. We waited trying to think of the best outcomes. It seemed like forever.  The doctor came in and said I was pregnant,  but I was definitely miscarrying.I didn’t look 10weeks along . I saw life on the ultrasound picture just an earlier week. I was given a book from my actual doctor and it matched up to me. They reassured me I was miscarrying despite my optimism.  My husband and I looked at each other, as we started to disintegrate in each others arms. When I told him we got to hold on. God is the only one we have that can do this. It was a hard moment followed by hard moments. I started to remind God of the numerous triumphs He had performed already, and with every reminder I thought I was giving Him I was really reminding myself of His greatness, and by the end of our praying we chose to trust God! For the next 8 and a half months the doctors and nurses kept telling me that my baby boy was not viable.

Well, God said differently and he just turned 9 this year. To God be the Glory!!!God is still God Ladies. Will you trust Him as you Cry and repeat?

Also, I will be focused on THRIVE event prep from now until December 19th. I will post the event recording for all those who can not attend. Then I will be breaking until the after the New Year. I will have exciting news ……..Blessings
