You don’t buy the ice cream(whatever is your draw). Remember we can’t pinch the baby(whatever is your trigger.)We record them while we go to the Lord with it and immediately remind ourselves that its ok to feel. We train instead of pinch(indulge/sin.) The devil knows that if you start feeling and go to God you with train yourself to always go to God. So eventually you want by the ice cream(sin) to fall back on you indulge in the Lord, and he would hate that.
The not buying ice cream is necessary so that with the trigger you feel,then take it to the Lord then repeat . Feelings keep you going back to Jesus which eventually lessened the number of triggers.

The ice cream keeps the numbing going which causes deeper wounds, and if this keeps happening you eventually don’t realize that wounds get infected and untreated will go septic. This can be life threatening.

Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst.

• This post stemmed from a text. It sparked a memory of the battle of eating disorders, and my dietary abusive habits I used to succumb to. I still fight sometimes. I want to never give place to the devil .
• Let’s recap don’t buy the ice cream let me explain. I would experience things that made me feel terrible then I starve myself or over indulge in food depending on the situation. Now I am tackling these after getting to my highest weight this year. One choice at a time. You see the devil loves to train us to do toxic things then taunts us making us feel bad for giving into his suggestions then we repeat this action until we graduate to something to numb it (ice cream) or (sin) then this becomes how we respond to everything that makes us feel anything. Ladies, record the triggers don’t buy the ice cream & train yourself to feel as you go to God with your ugly cry face and all and be loved on by the for there is no condemnation in love.
  There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. We got to be in right relationship ladies. Let’s get freed!!!!!!
